Good food. Great service. The restaurant was busy but yet kept clean. The rice I felt was a little undercooked, but that’s largely a self desire. There weren’t any hard kernels of rice. It was simply more like American rice and I prefer Asian sticky rice. The lettuce was quite brown, but not excessively. The worst part of the whole experience was parking. This location is near a bank and that bank’s employees consume 90% of the parking. Then the remaining 10% of the spots are reserved for the bank. Quite ridiculous if you ask me. The spots reserved for the bank appeared to go largely unused.

Stopped in for a quick dinner after a long drive up from Florida. Service was fine, but on the slower side. Food was fine, but the inconsistent portions are crazy between stores. Everyone was friendly and nice though. The store itself was a bit of a mess and the beverage area was messy.

Ordered a catering for 20 to be picked up and when we came to pick up the cashier had no record of the order or couldn’t pull up the order with the order number. After some panic (ours), the manager found the order in catering. Disaster averted. Everything was plentiful except for the fajita vegetables and cheese. Only received one container of each which didn’t stretch for our 15 people but we had mountains of black beans and meat left over. Might want to adjust portions or maybe they left out the second container.

The food is what you would expect from chipotle. Good food expensive but this isn’t about any of that. Our experience was made exceptional because Ashley too the time to interact with our kids and be patient with them. Bringing us extra water cups just because. This service is missing in most casual dinning let alone a fast casual or fast food environment. Great job Ashley and keep up the strong work in the future!

Better location than the Chipotle on parkside. Ingredients are fresher ans the overall restaurant is much cleaner. The only downfall to our experience was the temperature of the inside area. It was extremely cold and we had to wear our winter jackets while eating to keep warm.

My hard earned lettuce did not earn much lettuce in return. This Chipotle has been improving from more recent experiences, but the supply chain issues, cost, and quantity are going to eventually pose a challenge for Chipotle. Paying amounts approaching $20 for a bowl that has this little ingredients isn't going to entice one to consider Chipotle as a real option. Hoping this turns around.

The food is good but you don't hear sizzling like they portray in the commercial. There were three people standing at the register and one sweet young man(blonde) that was serving customers. I saw online order area very busy, looked like they were hustling!! Chips are stale up on that little shelf, so ask for fresh!! Guacamole is outstanding, it's really the reason we come!!

Cleanest chipotle ive ever been. The food was hot, fresh, and made well. The lady who rolled the burrito rolled it so well I complimented her on it. They gave me extra rice (I dont get beans so I like quite a bit) without any hesitation or push back like ive gotten before. 10/10. Any time im in knoxville I will be going to this location.
